cept for abour 40 seconds in, where that odd "banjo-ish" part comes in, I found it annoying. Meh, just my opinion, nice song none the less.

Too much steel pipes...

The steel pipes have the tendancy to echo, which totally ruins the song for me. It builds up constantly and overpowers everything else. Maybe change them to drums or strings or something.
